I'm very, very had to please and have had trouple getting the RIGHT HAIRCOLOR - but today I took the plunge, went to a different salon, Diane Hanks was my hairdresser, very nice, very personable and has a "GOOD EYE" for color. I THINK I might have found the RIGHT one! Diane also cut/blowdried my hair, keeping the basic cut I had, but fixing the back, for which I had a problem, looks great and definitely emphasized my eyes - got through the day with just eye shadow, mascara and lipstick and got compliments on both the cut and the color! She TOOK THE TIME to see ME the customer. Bottom line, SHE DELIGHTED this CUSTOMER!!!!
